ResponsibilitiesSkilled Nursing Care and Comprehensive AssessmentTeaching, Supervision, and Counseling Clients and CaregiversInterdisciplinary collaborationProblem solving and critical thinking skillsMonitors patient progress to ensure accomplishment of patient goalsOasis documentationProvides appropriate care for a range of physician-ordered treatments (PleurX Drain, Finger stick Coagulation checks, wound care, wound vacs, IVs, phlebotomy, Trachs, Peg Tube, Ostomies, Telehealth) QualificationsMinimum of one (1) years recent experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting. Home Health experience preferred.
