Our RNs assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document outcomes related to nursing diagnosis and patient care problems for each patient. They will collaborate with all members of the health care team to promote a seamless patient care continuum. They will also provide a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for all patients and their significant other(s). We expect all our team members to stay current in their field of specialty by actively participating in continuing education and maintaining certifications and annual competencies. Scope of Service: The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to individuals and groups which require specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, spiritual/cultural, and nursing sciences.
