Qualifications: Current New York State RN license Minimum (1) year recent and verifiable experience with home care agency Willing to meet with and speak with patients, their family, and their medical professionals to develop, update and maintain proper care plan Strong assessment and organizational skills Prior supervisory experience with field staff, experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management Demonstrated successful track record of working independently Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position Strong communication and computer skills COVID-19 precautions Personal protective equipment provided or required Temperature screenings Social distancing guidelines in place Virtual meetings Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Angels on Call requires a complete COVID vaccination for all new hires at this time.
