Details Client NameNanticoke Memorial Hospital Radiology Job TypeTravel OfferingNursing ProfessionRN SpecialtyOR Job ID29832306 Job TitleRN - SSRU Nanticoke Weekly Pay$2232.0 Shift Details ShiftNight - 12x3 - 07PM Scheduled Hours36 Job Order Details Start Date12/30/2024 End Date03/31/2025 Duration13 Week(s) Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Specialty Surgical Unit (SSU) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12 Hour Nights with Rotating Weekends Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week Experience: Minimum of 3 Years Surgical Post-Op Experience License: Active RN License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Must-Have: EPIC Experience Preferred Job Description: - Provide care for post-surgical patients, including General, Joints, Bariatric, and some Cardiothoracic patients with chest tubes.- Ambulate patients and perform duties like starting IVs and wound care.- Utilize EPIC for charting and Omnicell for medication management.- Work night shifts with rotating weekends and collaborate with at least one other RN on the floor.- May float to Med Surgical floor, step-down unit, or Cardiac floor as needed.- Work in a unit with 15 private rooms, maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1, with flexibility for 5:1 if necessary.- Wear Navy Blue scrubs as part of the dress code.- Participate in a 3-day unit orientation as well as Orthopedic and Bariatric computer module training. Orientation occurs every two weeks.Please note that guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
