The commitment to service includes a trained staff who believes in the philosophy of personal commitment to provide the highest quality of life for those in need of comfort and care.Responsibilities and Duties: The chosen candidate will: - Have responsibility for the care of all residents - Report to the Director of Nursing - Handle emergency situations with the Oak Hill team, by leading and directing other staff in the building - Observe and Assess changes in resident condition - Monitor or oversee the Nursing Department's resident care and documentation - Notify On-Call providers as neededQualifications and Skills : NYS RN License required (unexpired, in good standing). Long Term Care or rehabilitation experience preferred.IV and PICC line experience preferred.
