This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits!Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityJob Description:Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staffWork as a liaison with other clinicians, physicians, labs, radiology, etc.Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the charge nurse, as well as the CNAsEstablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and familiesProvide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requestsMaintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulationsWork closely with the electronic medical record (EMR) to ensure client electronic charts are maintained, updated, and remain in compliance with company standardsMaintains confidentiality of medical records, personnel records, etc., within the scope of their positionMaintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methodsQualifications:Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the stateBachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university is preferredProven experience within a SNF or similar healthcare setting, and a minimum of 1-year experience as a nurse supervisorStrong understanding of long-term care regulations, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare software.Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered careEffective organizational skills and attention to detail
