Safire Rehabilitation of Northtowns , a long term skilled nursing facility, located in Buffalo, New York is seeking to hire talented and clinically superb Full and Part-time RN Supervisors to join our team of professionals for both Weekday and Weekend positions. The RN Supervisor assumes nursing responsibilities for the management of resident and staff activities. The RN Supervisor utilizes nursing practice and management skills and ensures resident care is administered in accordance with the companys policies and procedures. The RN Supervisor directs the formulation and implementation of residents care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills, and serves as a professional role model to the other staff.
