Job SummaryUnder general supervision, performs a wide variety of professional level nursing duties for patients served in the clinical areas. Facilitates all inbound, outbound, and interfacility patient transfers within Shannon Medical Center by coordinating with physicians, RNs, and other departments. Oversees bed placement within Shannon Medical Center and coordinates with other departments daily for bed planning. Coordinates with Case Management and other departments to facilitate transportation outside of the facility.
