Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of your nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of care. Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, including conducting evaluations and competency assessments. Address and resolve clinical and administrative challenges, maintaining smooth operation of care delivery. Provide expert clinical guidance in medical, behavioral, and crisis management situations. Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to set and achieve resident care goals. Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to align unit operations with facility-wide objectives. Keep families and physicians informed with regular resident status updates. Conduct thorough assessments of each resident's medical status and contribute to personalized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with residents and their families. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills. IND123
