If you are looking for a rewarding role where your leadership makes a difference, we invite you to apply!Duties & Responsibilities:As an RN Unit Manager, you will:* Assist the DON and ADON in evaluating and directing daily nursing operations in compliance with current regulations.* Ensure nursing staff adheres to job descriptions and facility policies.* Handle complaints and grievances, escalating reports to the Director of Nursing Services as necessary.* Utilize leadership skills to manage the assigned unit effectively.* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing for 24/7 nursing care while minimizing overtime and agency usage.* Implement progressive counseling and recommend disciplinary actions as needed.* Provide professional guidance and supervision to unit staff.* Attend committee meetings and participate in quality assurance activities.* Teach and evaluate nursing skills, ensuring high standards of resident care.* Oversee the completion of MDS on the unit.* Develop and implement discharge plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.* Manage budgets, prepare reports, and participate in staff recruitment.* Promote a caring atmosphere, respecting residents' needs and rights.Qualifications & Requirements:* Valid New Jersey RN License.* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).Benefits:* Competitive Salary.* Generous PTO.* Comprehensive Medical/Dental coverage.* 401(k) Plan.* Employee Recognition Program.* Employee Discount Program.Be part of a team where your expertise is valued, and your dedication to quality care is rewarded.
