- 64 hours every 2 weeks
- Rotating day, evening and night shifts
- Every 3rd weekend
- Rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $38.12 per hour
- Bachelor's in nursing starting at $38.45 per hour
- Master's in nursing starting at $40.37 per hour
- Pay range: $38.12 - $57.72 per hour
- $3,500 Hiring bonus!

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- New grads welcome! We offer a Nurse Residency Program, partnered with St. Cloud Hospital, for your first year along with a monthly mentorship program.

She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population.
