The Roadshow team provide logistical support to our Institutional investors and Corporate C-level executives, handling meeting and travel logistics for management teams for a variety of roadshows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Organization of a wide range of roadshow functions, both internal and external, including:o Non Deal Roadshows - in person and virtualo Field tripso Conference calls / webinarso Roundtables/Industry events- Suggesting and building itineraries, originating, and maintaining schedules. Distributing schedule as required.- Day-to-day schedule management using EventManager - a web-based data application.- Work closely with and build strong working relationships with Corporate Access Specialists, Corporates, Research, Institutional Equity Sales as well as with other internal constituents.- Direct contact with Corporates when required. Responsible for reacting to the needs of the Corporate and enhancing customer experience.- Strong knowledge of venues/hotels in key US cities.- Onsite management of events.- Sourcing, booking and liaising with venues/suppliers, to ensure all requirements are met- Booking virtual meeting connections and joining some calls to oversee and assist with registration.- Suggesting travel/accommodation, including flights.- Booking ground transportation.- Reacting quickly to questions/problems and offering proactive solutions.- Manage budget and reconcile expenses for each event, and where possible look to decrease overall event costs through vendor negotiations.- Ensuring event budgets, rules and procedures are followed and meet Compliance regulations.- Reviewing and processing of invoices for payment.- Post event attendee reconciliation.- 3-5 years roadshow experience, preferably in a Global Investment Bank- Bachelor's degree required- Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills- Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail and ownership of projects- Motivated, self-starter, ability to take direction and work independently; ability to think innovatively- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload, working under tight time pressures with short lead-times in a high-pressured environment.- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.- Client-centric, approachable, ability to adjust to client needs and style and deepen relationships in support of their business and events; adapt to ever-changing demands and different client work styles- Ability to establish and maintain internal and external client relationships - service-oriented- Flexible and willing to work long hours where necessary (often at short notice)- Team spirited- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Working knowledge of Dealogic / Conference ManagerExpected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
