Reference #: 500#######606 Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Robotic Laser Clad Welding Machine Operator.Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.Position Responsibilities:Apply safe working methodsSet-up, operate, Reis Robotic Laser Clad WelderLaser welding products using various materials such as, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Stellite, Tungsten Carbide.Maintaining laser powder inventory.Perform a variety of associated functions to maintain continuous operation of the machine.Operate overhead cranes/jib cranes, grinders, hand tools, various power toolsMaintain required job skills and knowledge requirementsMaintain work area, equipmentKeep documents/Job records updatedCollaborates with team members in the creation, implementation, and training of standard work proceduresPerform other job-related tasks as assigned by Supervisor/LeadSkills / Knowledge / Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentTechnical school or certification in related discipline preferredCNC Machining a plus.Ability to edit machine programs.Use of fine motor skillsUse of hand tools/Power toolsComputer skillsAbility to read prints -Ability to use Micrometers, Dial bore gages, snap gages, Calipers. -Must be able to lift 50 poundsWhy Join the Cleveland Brothers TeamMarket Leading Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account.Advancement: Take your career to the next level with a dynamic organization that wants to see you succeed!
