Job Description:

This is Required 4 days per week IN OFFICE POSITION in Charlotte, NC

NOTE: We are unable to work with third parties and can not provide Visa sponsorship for this position.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development Lead to:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to streamline and optimize business processes.
  • Lead a team of offshore RPA developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define project requirements, and develop robust RPA solutions using UiPath tools. Oversee the testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA bots, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

As an RPA Development Lead, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of RPA technologies and be passionate about leveraging automation to drive business success and lead successful RPA projects

  • Meet with resources in their time zone
  • Enforce standards and policies
  • Coordinate access requests
  • Monitor testing and defect resolution
  • Coordinate dev on call support
  • Collect metrics
  • Host the daily stand-up as needed
  • Coordinate new roadmap rollouts
  • Enforce dev on-call, escalations
  • Propose tools & efficiencies
  • Enforce defect resolution
  • Do development as time permits
  • Coordinate consistent, supportable design and corresponding design documentation
  • Coordinate release documentation
  • Work with Ops to prepare for release including capacity
  • Support deployments as needed
  • Help to coordinate and troubleshoot technical matters
  • Assist in managing offshore resources
  • Work Eastern time business hours with ability to meet on offshore hours as needed and RPA production deployments Tuesdays 11pm ET when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years UiPath development
  • Unattended automations
  • Attended automations (large call centers experience preferred)
  • Document Understanding based Intelligent Document Processing
  • Communications Mining
  • Database, SQL, API's, Git
  • JSON, XML
  • Solution architecture
