- Collaborate with business partners and team members to identify business process automation opportunities and associated requirements.
- Evaluate business requests for automation and develop process automation recommendations.
- Build new processes and objects using our development best-practices.
- Create, or help the process owner to create, user acceptance testing (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes.
- Monitor, update and troubleshoot production digital workers.
- Develop operational metrics to measure the success of our automation portfolio.
- ctively participate in improving products by performing quality reviews.
- Make suggestions for improving our process automation best-practices.
- Participate in our platform roadmap process.
- Work independently with limited support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area.
- 2+ years of experience with developing digital workers using the UiPath RPA platform.
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator.
- Experience building interactions that interface with MS Office products and SharePoint.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Working knowledge of Java script, HTML and other scripting languages.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines without frequent supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- UI Path certification.
- Software development experience with an understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with DevOps tools, Git, Azure Devops / Team Foundation Server.
- Experience integrating machine learning, natural language processing or OCR within RPA processes.
- Experience with process optimization or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with C#/VB/.Net/SQL.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented programming principles.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
