Our client, a prestigious financial services firm, is expanding and seeking a skilled operator for process enhancement through automated workflows. In this capacity, you'll interface with internal stakeholders to streamline operational sequences using specialized software platforms. Your accountabilities will encompass defining prerequisites, configuring automations, and providing ongoing facilitation. We're on the hunt for an individual with robust technical proficiencies, a knack for problem resolution, and exceptional communication aptitudes. Skills:
- Process Evaluation: Dissect intricate sequences, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimizations.
- Communication: Document systems, interact with stakeholders, and convey information effectively.
- Organization: Manage multiple undertakings concurrently.
- Team-Oriented: Collaborate with crew members and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead automation initiatives from inception to deployment and support.
- Design and develop automated solutions using leading tools like Automation Anywhere and Xceptor.
- Mentor junior automation analysts and developers.
- Configure, deploy, and support bots for task automation.
- Meet with clients to understand business needs and explore automation options.
- Analyze processes and propose improvements using business process re-engineering principles.
- Collaborate with developers and technology leaders to integrate automation into broader projects.
- Analyze results and train users on deployed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
Your Qualifications:
- 2 years hands-on RPA experience on one of the popular platforms: Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Fortra, BluePrism
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and visually communicate process diagrams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft SQL database environment.
- Must be local to the Philadelphia area as expectation are to be in the office 1-2 days per week min.
