CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and execute a high-impact sales strategy for increased placements of the Robotic System, collaborating with senior leadership and providing strategic content for sales meetings.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Sales to establish metrics for monitoring and enhancing sales performance, emphasizing sustainable growth through targeted resource deployment.
- Drive field activities to expand placements, manage resources effectively, and cultivate key relationships within facilities to establish strong corporate partnerships.
- Lead achievement of sales goals by providing clinical expertise, contributing to the enhancement of Company's marketplace reputation.
- Provide regular updates on competition, product use, clinical updates, and key business metrics to the Senior Director of Sales.
- Conduct frequent field visits to support sales execution, facilitate team professional development, and deliver compelling executive presentations to drive adoption.
- Uphold performance management disciplines, fostering a high-performance sales culture through regular calls, team meetings, and comprehensive reviews.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of programs and training events, incorporating best practices in sales process, selling skills, and business acumen
- Support key business projects enhancing capital sales process and pipeline management
- Take responsibility for completing special projects assigned by the Senior Director of Sales.
- Cultivate positive relationships throughout company, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the Companys Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
- Understand and adhere to the Companys Quality and EHS policies
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications)

- Bachelor's degree - four-year degree from accredited reputable institution
- Start-up company experience selling game changing technology
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience with sales management, and/or training or marketing organization is required
- Prior experience leading sales managers is preferred
- High level of technical/clinical product knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must have proven track record of participation leading/teaching at organizational meetings. Prior people management experience is not required, but extensive mentoring by experienced manager would be recommended if not
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a cross functional team member is required
- Excellent presentation (platform) skills are required
- Proven ability to be a self-starter and goal oriented is required
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are required
- Must thrive in complex environment and be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area
- Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance in the medical device arena, and involvement in sports, professional clubs or associations
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Level of competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other internal groups, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
