You will support the installation, commissioning, and continued repair/service of robotic material distribution systems.You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot the robotic equipment at manufacturing or distribution locations. You will execute emergency and scheduled service calls as well as train junior technicians. You should be customer-driven as customer feedback is used heavily to decipher your performance. The service of the equipment will be partly scheduled and unscheduled based on the situation.This is an awesome career for people who want to be part of industrial automation that is usually never given without prior experience. Only candidates with a strong personality and tremendous technical knowledge in electronics/electrical/mechanical systems should apply.The role will have you based out of key locations where there are customers currently using the system. However, your skills will be needed nationally. Your travel will be nationwide and vary based on the project and situation. You should be comfortable with travel that could extend a few weeks at a time. You will also travel to cover for other employees or training that may occur throughout the year. Compensation will be significant. Unlike other roles, you will receive overtime for your travel when over 40 hours of work and other benefits that will be addressed in the interview process. FSEs making six-figures or more is not uncommon.Medical/dental/vision/401k/overtime. 401k match is unheard of. Unlimited sick, PTO and 3 weeks' of vacation. The Service Engineers will make hourly plus heavy overtime.
