Position: SAP S/4 HANA Cutover Lead Location: Lake Mary, FL Duration: Contract RemoteJob Description: Technical Skills: (Primary)•Senior Project Manager to carryout Cutover Planning and execution of S/4 HANA Implementation with multiple tracks and external systems/vendors involved•He / She manages team and is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget•He / She understands SAP Security, Basis and Solman processes and ensure that every team has what they need to complete their project activities•Act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders including client & PMO.•Strong End-to-End functional knowledge and technical acumen for SAP Hybris and S/4 HANA•Co-ordinate with multiple teams and tracks to define Project Roadmap for Go-Live•Identify, Execute/Steer Milestones, Pre-requisites and Manual Configuration activities required to successfully go-live•Minimum 3 full life cycle implementations and expected to provide overall, day-to-day management of a specific task order or group of task orders including management of business process team members, managing scope of work, work assignments and resources•Responsibilities will include Project Management and Accountability, Resource Staffing Plans (Client and internal), Schedule management and inter dependencies, Communication / Change Management planning, Coordination in a multi-vendor environment for SAP implementation•Demonstrates strong knowledge and application of testing strategies, methodologies and has been responsible for executing unit, integration and user acceptance testing•Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical issues in business terms•A leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team•Good exposure to manage projects having SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud, Financials, Sales & Distribution and Procurement process, Demand planning and Forecasting and experience in integration scenarios which includes methodologies as FTP, RFC, EDI, iDoc, PI/PO or CPI integrations within SAP and 3rd party applications•Monitor KPIs, report any issues / risksKey Qualifications and Experiences:•Extensive Project Management experience and familiarity with SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)•A deep understanding of change management methodologies•Comfortable discussing technical concepts as well as business concepts•Highly proficient using Microsoft products (Project, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).Technical Skills (Secondary - Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY): N/ASoft Skills:•As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.•Insurance Domain Knowledge•Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.•Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
