Level/Salary Range: $35,000 to 60,000 per year (subject to negotiation due to experience and other factors)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Actively identify and repair problem areas on a roof
* Communicate with customers on work completed
* Documenting roof conditions and submitting the gathered information to the head of the service department
* Maintaining conditions necessary for a customer to retain their warranty
Successful candidates should have:
* Ability to use a computer/tablet for data entry
* Strong listening and communication skills
* Problem solving skills; the ability to shift focus and adapt to change
* Construction or roofing experience
* Strong customer service skills
* A valid driver's license: this position requires travel to and from different jobsites throughout the day
