J. King DeShazo, III, Inc. Roofing, located in Ashland, Virginia, is looking to fill an entry-level opportunity for a career in the roofing industry. The Roofing Assistant will assist roofing mechanics by scraping or pulling off old roofing material, lifting materials onto roofs, repairing damaged roofs and installing paper, shingle and metal sheets. The successful candidate must be able to climb ladders, carry material materials up to 80 pounds and demonstrate the desire and ability to learn, question and follow instruction. Some roofing experience preferred. Obviously, the Roofing Assistant cannot be afraid of heights. Excellent starting wage and benefit package. Are you ready to start your career?
