Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, roof inspections, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims. Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service. Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
What you'll bring: Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success. Self-motivated. No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided. Prior customer service experience is encouraged.
