CFE, Inc. is a national leader in the commercial roofing industry. We are looking for a Roofing Foreman that will assist team members in the safe and successful completion of each assigned project. Key performance measures are safety, workmanship, team productivity and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a roofing foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in roofing or construction management are a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Requires physical stamina and the ability to work at heights.
- May involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.
