AmeriPro Roofing, one of the largest residential roofing contractors in the nation, is seeking Roofing Outside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, networking, and social media
- Manage and maximize assigned territory
- Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed
- Review scope of work, sign contracts with homeowners, and meet with insurance adjusters
- Earn trust and referrals from customers
- Educate customers on industry standards and policies
- Methodically manage sales pipeline via CRM
- Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
Qualifications:
- Proven full cycle sales experience preferred
- Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
- Previous experience using a CRM platform
- Self-sufficient with dedication to personal career development
- Valid driver's license and 21 years of age or older preferred
