Responsibilities for Roofing Outside Sales Representatives
- Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities
- Manage and maximize assigned territory
- Conduct exterior property inspection for damage
- Convert inspection to claim filed and contract signed
- Meet the Insurance adjuster on property
- Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners
- Educate customers on the industry, products, and company's policies and procedures
- Methodically manage sales pipeline via CRM
- Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
Qualifications for Roofing Outside Sales Representatives
- 2+ years proven full cycle sales experience
- Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
- Previous experience using a CRM platform
- Dedication to personal career development
- Valid Driver's license
- 21 years of age or older
