Project Coordinator
JRC Incorporated is in search of an enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator responsible for tracking/managing projects from start to finish.

Licensed/Registered in 48 of 50 states we specialize in commercial and industrial capital improvement projects with a focus in steep and low slope roofing and siding.
Position Overview Once a project is awarded to JRC the Project Coordinator will be responsible for all internal and external communication to ensure the project starts, progresses, and completes as scheduled. Will manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
* Data entry of jobs, schedules, and other information into excel spreadsheets and tracking software
* Complete Billing, Draw Requests, and Invoicing for new construction projects
* Track work completed, Calculate pay rates, and Request Payments for sub-contractor payments
* Create and maintain digital project folders for job specifics
* Monitor and update project schedules and track costs -vs- budget
* Facilitate meetings when necessary to distribute project information to team members
* Additional tasks and duties as assigned based on work load
Skills and Experience
* Ability to complete tasks on their own with little direct supervision and/or direction Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Good knowledge of math, calculations, and data entry
* Critical thinker, detail oriented, good time management skills
* Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook
* Knowledge of roofing or construction industry a plus
