We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roof Repairman with experience in diagnosing and repairing various roofing issues. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of different roofing materials, repair techniques, and safety procedures. You will be responsible for performing inspections, identifying roof damage, and executing high-quality repairs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs to assess damage and determine repair needs
- Repair and replace damaged roofing materials (shingles, tiles, metal, etc.)
- Seal leaks and apply waterproofing solutions
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Provide accurate repair estimates and maintain a clean worksite
- Communicate with clients about repair progress and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Roof Repairman or similar role
- Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license
