Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities
- Conduct exterior property inspections for wind and hail damage
- Convert inspections to filed claims and signed contracts
- Review Scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property
- Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
- Obtain referrals from customers and networking
- Build trust and educate homeowners on industry products
- Manage sales pipeline via CRM
- Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
Qualifications:
- 2+ years proven full cycle sales experience preferred
- Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage
- Excellent communication and time management
- Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
- Previous experience using a CRM platform
- Dedication to personal career development
- Valid Driver's license
