This role works as an In-Home Consultant and has leads provided in addition to handling business development. This is an integral role within our company partnering with our customers/clients and finalizing the sale. We are seeking those who thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy closing the sale.Responsibilities:
- Handling contract signing and upselling of roofing and roofing related products.
- Responsible for selling retail roofing products and services.
- Selling upgrades during contract signing.
- Produce/present retail sales estimates to retail sales customers.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years sales experience
- 3+ years in roofing/construction sales or closely related field
- Previous experience in residential exterior product sales preferred
- Ability to learn new software
- Working knowledge of basic computer functions
- Travel locally - Valid drives license
