- Selected individuals will be responsible for installing shingles on a finished roof of a modular home.
- Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
- Follow all OSHA regulations and other mandatory safety requirements related to mandatory tie off policies and personal protective equipment.
- Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other company employees.
Requirements:
- All levels of Commercial/Residential Roofing but at least 1 year of experience preferred.

- Must be able to climb, bend, and carry a large load of 50 pounds up ladders during an 8(+) hour shift.
- Comfortable working at heights of 6+ feet or higher with the required safety harness.
- High accuracy in work and attention to detail.
- Install shingles according to print specifications and work order.
- Safe use pneumatic and power tools.
- Experience soffit/facia and rubber roofs.
