We are currently looking for subcontracting crews local to the Chicago, IL area.
Responsibilities:
* Have reliable crew
* Commitment to safety policies and ensure that all safety rules are always being followed
* Thoroughly clean job site
* Communicate with homeowners and Superintendents while onsite to address any problems (must have one English speaker on your crew)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least one year of residential roofing experience (asphalt shingles)
* Quality workmanship & excellent communication
* Motivated, organized, disciplined
* Your own truck and tools and proper insurance and licensing
Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums:
General Liability = $1,000,000 each occurrence
General Aggregate = $2,000,000
Worker's Comp = $500,000 each occurrence
Auto = $250,000 each occurrence
