Job Title: Roofing Superintendent (W-2 Crew)Are you a skilled leader ready to manage a roofing crew and take on high-quality projects?Position Overview:Were looking for a Roofing Superintendent to lead our W-2 crew. In this role, youll manage daily operations, ensure safety, maintain quality standards, and keep projects on track from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, hire, train, and mentor the roofing crew.- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and materials.- Ensure safety protocols and inspect work quality.- Communicate progress with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.- Resolve any on-site issues to keep projects running smoothly.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.- Experience with various roofing systems, including built-up asphalt.- Ability to read blueprints, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Benefits and Compensation: - $38/hour plus bonuses- Health and Dental Insurance- 401K - PTO and 12 paid holidays If you're ready to bring your expertise to our team, apply today!
