We have an exceptional opportunity for a Construction/Roofing Superintendents in our New Construction Division! This position pays $20/hr - $40/hr based on experience.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supervising a large scale, new construction roofing project.
Responsibilities Include:
- Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to
- Supervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilities
- Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
- Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
- Plan and execute a successful project
- Must be willing to travel
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Candidate Qualifications:
- A valid state drivers license (in good standing) is required
- Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision
- Experience in commercial roofing a plus
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership, management and project management skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
- Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
