Description The Hilton DFW Lakes is looking for Room Attendants to join the team! Room Attendantsare responsible for maintaining clean guest rooms, servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, stocking carts with room supplies, replacing bed linens and r following company standards and safety/security procedures. Essential Requirements:
- Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
- Refresh rooms that are not checking out
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to stocking carts with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen
- Prepare housekeeping cart for next day's use.
- Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
- Follow Lost and Found procedures.
- Adhere to all safety requirements.
Requirements
- 1 year previous housekeeping experience in a full service hotel
