  • Ensures compliance with Kalispel Tribe of Indians -Internal Controls, and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
  • Use the POS system as trained
  • Responsible for amenity deliveries as ordered through sales, front desk or food and beverage departments.
  • Services guest food and beverage requirements in hotel rooms, pool, spa and other areas as necessary.
  • Takes room service orders over the telephone and relays orders to the kitchen.
  • Uses tray or table service to transport order to rooms.
  • Sets up room service table or tray to serve guests.
  • Responsible for alcoholic beverage service to guests according to MAST guidelines.
  • Provide wine service to guests.
  • Knowledge of the NQC drinks list, ingredients, and proper condiments.
  • Answers questions regarding room service and responds to requests for additional food or drink service.
  • Collects dirty dishes on trays and room service tables and transports them to the dish room.
  • Provide constant, attentive and friendly service to all guests.
  • Educate the guests about the daily specials and answer any questions they may have.
  • Communicate with your supervisor to resolve any guest questions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain assigned sections and workstations.
  • Assist other servers with all of the above to ensure total Teamwork.
  • Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean, neat work area with adequate supply level. Side work lists to be followed.
  • Maintain a clean and stocked server station.
  • Correctly perform all necessary paper and bookwork at shifts end.
  • Relay any complaints, problems or positive remarks to shift supervisor.
  • Maintains confidential daily record keeping of tips.
  • Attend all training meetings.

Education, Experience & Other Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three months related experience and/or training helpful; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working as a waiter/waitress preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Work Permit 3.
  • Valid health card.
  • Hepatitis A vaccination.
  • Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification
  • Payment Card Industry Training.
  • Job offer contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
