Location Description:

Located at the base of Snow King Mountain, just a few blocks from downtown and 20 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport, Snow King Resort Hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Teton Mountain Range and offers its guests a wide variety of activities and amenities. As Jacksons largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals.

Overview:

The Rooms Coordinator at Snow King Resort is a key contributor of coordination, communication and guest quality between the front office, sales, reservations and housekeeping. The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Directly supervises the room inventory and conducts balancing of guest rooms for arriving reservations.
  • Assists with the creation and maintenance of reservations
  • Assists with Front Desk Agent duties, including guest check-in and check-out as needed.
  • Maintains communication between departments
  • Administers engineering and guest communication systems: HotSos and Laso
  • Completes bus tour rooming lists, assigns rooms and prepares key packets for tour arrival.
  • Upholds the highest standard of employee/guest relations.
  • Fosters a positive working relationships with all departments.
  • Provides guests with instructions on local entertainment and dining options as needed
  • Handle all guests special requests in a professional manner.
  • Post advance deposits and keep accurate records of deposits.
  • Manage and ensure all 3rd Party Reservations/Wholesalers receive payment in a timely fashion.
  • Review No Show Reporting daily and ensure proper payment is collected.
  • Ensure all purchased Add-Ons are properly communicated and charged accordingly.
  • Assign all condo reservations and ensure the proper posting of housekeeping fees.
  • On a weekly basis, ensure all reporting is complete including but not limited to: Cancelation Report, A/R Clearing, Missing Inventory, 00Mistak Rate, and Owner Rotation guide.
