Root and Bone Dishwasher Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of a Dishwasher will be loading and unloading of the dishwasher, sanitizing will be expected as needs arise.
The Root and Bone Dishwasher duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the host/lobby with seating rotations by rapidly cleaning tables, chairs and booths, and floors.
Assist the kitchen by bringing dirty plateware, silverware, and glassware to the kitchen. Restock serving stations.
Keep work area neat and clean at all times.
Treat all customers, co-workers, and supervisors in a friendly, courteous manner.
Maintains clean, sanitary stock of dishes and utensils.
Loads soiled dishes into dish rack and prepares dish machine for set cycle
Loads appropriate soap levels and time cycle.
Runs dishes through cycle.
Unloads and stacks dishes and glassware in appropriate storage area.
Sorts silverware and utensils and places them safely in proper storage area.
Distributes clean dishes and utensils to proper areas as needed throughout the shift.
Operates dish washing equipment in a safe manner.
Maintains a clean, sanitary work area and ensures safe storage of dish carts and related supplies.
Removes garbage from area at end of shift.
Qualifications Experience/Qualifications:
Portray a positive attitude and great work habits at all times
Self-motivated, dependable
Lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Able to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time, up to 10 hours at a time
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work as a team player
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to cross train and work in different departments
Must be 18 or older
Hours:
Hours will vary based on the needs of the business. Nights, weekends, and holidays are mandatory.
Salary/Income:
Root and Bone Dishwasher is an hourly position.
