This position for 3rd Shift and the Schedule is 10:00pm to 6:15am Eastern Time SUMMARY Performs a variety of operations to assemble and finish a range of types and sizes of plastic containers and other items. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Worksfrom engineering prints, billsof materials, assembly drawings, written and/or verbal instructions.
- Performsstandard set up and laysout work area to assemble, or to perform selected operations required for finishing and assembly of containers.
- Picksparts and supplies from racks.
- May assemblecontainer according to prints and specifications. Attacheshardware using fixtures. Cuts, trims, routscontainers. Performsgluing, taping, flame treating and labeling operations.
- Notifiessupervisor or others as appropriate of inspection failures, out of tolerance/specification situations.
- Performslimited pressure Leak testing, recordsresults and determinesleak cause for out of specification conditions. Reportsout of specification conditions.
- Repairs, retests, and documentsresults on appropriate form.
- Performsrepair operations. May be required to mask and paint containers.
- Performsinspection on finished configured containers and stampsas approved.
- Detectsand reportsimproper operations, faulty equipment, defective materials and questionable conditions to proper supervision. Maintainswork area(s) and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
- Maintainsdaily production and other records as required.
- Performsother related duties as required or directed.
- Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Followssafetyguidelines and proceduresin accordance to the job.

- Must have the ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions.

PHYSICALY REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will beconstantly required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionallyrequired to executenon-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities.
