Route Drivers drive to customer sites to pump, clean, and service portable restrooms. If you are familiar with non-CDL commercial motor vehicles, enjoy working with customers, and like to work independently - our Route Driver position is a great opportunity for you!Route Driver responsibilities:Service and relocate portable toilets at various locations and job sitesService includes, evacuating the holding tank, recharging the receptacle, cleaning the interior, replenishing toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and performing minor repairsMaintain all paperwork, ensuring customer signatures are collected, and daily logs are complete and handed to the dispatcherWork with Operations to receive instructions, and keep them informed of any safety issuesInspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water to ensure roadworthinessComplete thorough, accurate, and timely DVIR's pre- and post-tripReport on any safety hazards, roadside incidents, and customer complaints and inquiries in a timely mannerPerform emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, and spark plugs...and other duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:Must have a current and valid driver's licenseClean driving record and pass the required DOT physical and drug screenHS Diploma or equivalentMust successfully complete pre-employment testingAbility to shift, lift and push 50-150 pounds throughout the dayAbility to use a hand truck to help maneuver portable toilet unitsDetail-oriented and excellent customer service skillsOne or more years in a service-related role with problem-solving skills is preferredWhat We Offer:Mr. John is committed to the growth and development of our employees by offering on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.Mr. John has a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to:Company-sponsored Medical and Life InsuranceAdditional Benefits: Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, etc.Paid Vacation, Sick, Personal, and HolidaysAnnual BonusesCompany-paid cell phoneFlexible scheduling for work/life balanceTeamster Local Union 341 MembershipPension Contributions….and more!We're an equal-opportunity employer.
