A Routing and Customer Service associate will report to our Merchandising Department while working closely with our Delivery Department in our Distribution Center location. Primary daily responsibilities will focus on providing face to face and remote support to customers of Becker Furniture. You will serve as the main point of contact between warehouse and delivery staff to ensure accurate and timely resolution to any questions or concerns that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to wear other hats as you cross train and learn new skills in our various fast paced Distribution Center Departments. The right candidate must have:

Hours are Tuesday thru Saturday 9-5:30
