In short, BLUROC goes the extra mile to ensure our clients' projects are successful.Position DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated ROW Access Project Manager to oversee and manage utility ROW construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Quality, safety, and efficiency of work performed along with superior customer contact and satisfaction are paramount.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage utility ROW construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and supervise project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, schedules, and progress updates.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
  • Ensure a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and fostering a culture where safety and well-being are the top priorities for all employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience.
  • Minimum of 5 + years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale civil construction projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in civil construction.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed both in an office setting and on project sites.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
