Job Duties
The Virginia Department of Transportation's Right of Way (ROW) Division is seeking to fill two (2) Right of Way Agent I positions in the NOVA District Office. These are entry level positions The candidates must be willing to gain advanced knowledge about all Right of Way disciplines and associated bodies of knowledge (laws, policies and procedures). These candidates must be willing to participate in cross-training rotations with other VDOT Divisions, which will include field work and a variable work schedule, to gain an understanding of the role other VDOT Divisions have in the project development process.
Note: Both positions will sit in the NOVA District with one position being on the Northeast Region's Right of Way Plans and Estimates team and the other being on the NOVA District Right of Way team.

A combination of training, experience, or education in Business Administration, Real estate or related field desired.
