Description
Managing and validating monthly sales files, ensuring accurate data extraction, transformation, and import from various sources. Oversee deal setups in Royalties and IP systems, handle contract amendments, analyze royalties reports for errors, and test system upgrades, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
Profile
A successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work independently. They should be detail-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and effective in team settings with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with royalties software, ERP systems, and reporting tools is preferred.Job Offer
Immediate start date, with a quick two round interview process. Ability to have the stability of a 6 month inital contract with the possibility of extension. Work closely with team members and build great relationships on a hybird in-office structure.
