Primary focus will be in implementing standards on RPA, modularization, governance and oversight within a Center of Excellence for Automation Services for the Enterprise and on building efficient and scalable bots using Automation Anywhere to automate a wide range of tasks and workflows.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.Stay current with the latest RPA trends, best practices, and Automation Anywhere updates.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and provide ongoing support and maintenance.Continuously monitor and improve the performance and efficiency of deployed bots.Develops or modifies software.Ensures appropriate documentation for all development and modification.Ensures integrity and security of institutional data.The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned. Qualifications:Required: Proven experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere.Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in SQL and Python.Databricks Experience.SQL Server Experience. TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES Application Development (Intermediate): Demonstrates proficiency of programming and other development tasks independently and without support from others for moderate to difficult applications.Applications System Design (Novice): Demonstrates the ability to conduct systems design tasks in a team environment or independently to build or enhance a simple system.Applications System Analysis (Fundamental Awareness): Has some training in or light exposure to basic systems analysis tasks.Applications Development Standards and Procedures (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate knowledge of applications development standards and procedures.
