Overview:
The RPA Leader will drive Healthcare Revenue Cycle Workflow improvements through automation, primarily via developing, deploying, and supporting BluePrism RPA solutions. The RPA Leader will accelerate the transition from 3rd party developed solutions to in-house developed solutions. The RPA Leader will work alongside AI and ML developers to optimize automation opportunities that augment legacy and future Quadax-developed Rev Cycle platforms used by both BPO and SaaS customers. Success is measured by cost reduction, improved cycle times, and reduced error rates.
Responsibilities:
The RPA Leader must revel in wearing multiple hats. The RPA Leader must also appreciate having elbow room to test, validate, and re-engineer collaboratively. This role is new to Quadax and consists of responsibilities characterized by an Analyst, a Developer, and a Process Controller.
Analyst
- Work and communicate with various parts of the business to define detailed and exact requirements for solution design. You are a User Champion helping your Stakeholders to find new and better ways for BPO and SaaS users to gain efficiencies in their operations.
- Manage a prioritize backlog of RPA project opportunities.
- Analyze the Process Definition Documents (PDD) in detail to capture all the business process steps in solution designs and consider accompanying factors such as recoverability, scalability, reusability, security, resilience and case management, to ensure solution designs meet all requirements that adhere to SS&C Blue Prism solution design best practices.
Developer
- Automate the process candidates that are considered the most important by Stakeholders.
- Build and configure process automations and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand in accordance with standard SS&C BluePrism design principles and conventions.
- Fix processes that are broken where others don't have the extensive knowledge to fix efficiently.
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
- Support the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out phases.
Process Controller
- Manage the daily administration of the SS&C Blue Prism live environment; maintaining, running processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs, manage and investigate exceptions.
- Solve issues that arise in the day to day running of SS&C Blue Prism processes and assisting in the provision of timely responses and solutions as required.
- Communicate with SS&C Blue Prism on software related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in SS&C Blue Prism Community.
- Part of an IT team who is responsible for carrying out the product set-up and installation.
- Ensure that product updates are applied and manage systems and VM backups.
- Optimize the scheduling of automations running on BP licenses.
- Determine when additional BluePrism licenses are needed and make the business case for approval.
Qualifications:
- Demonstratable experience developing RPA solutions that reduced FTEs, lowered costs, improved efficiency in a Healthcare rev cycle environment.
- 5+ years working within a Healthcare Rev Cycle business environment where BluePrism RPA was deployed.
- Demonstratable experience with BluePrism (or similar on-prem RPA solution).
- Bachelors degree or advanced college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field.
- Experienced in designing solutions that adhere to RPA best practices
- Background working directly with internal production teams and external clients to craft RPA solutions.
- Solid end user computing skills, for example, intermediate spreadsheet user or similar. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven success working across business units to help identify and define opportunities for automation.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. Your expertise in AI algorithms, machine learning, and data analysis will play a crucial role in delivering intelligent systems that solve complex business challenges.
- Strong Project Management and organization skills. Experience with Agile and ADO.
- This is a hybrid job 2-3 days in the Middleburg Heights office, 2-3 days work from home.
