Medbridge Healthcare is looking for an experienced Sleep Technologist - RPSGT - Amherst - 152 to join the team. This position will allow the individual to work with all types of patients in the sleep lab, providing comprehensive clinical care and helping to achieve positive patient outcomes. The successful candidate will be a highly organized professional who is able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other staff.
Responsibilities:
* Perform sleep studies and polysomnography assessments to diagnose and treat sleep-related disorders.
* Collect patient medical history information and monitor data during sleep studies.
* Analyze sleep data and present results to the medical team.
* Collaborate with medical staff to determine diagnosis and treatment plans for patients.
* Provide patient education, counseling, and support.
* Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with medical regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Sleep Technology or relevant field.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sleep Technologist or in a related field.
* Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
