SUMMARY:

This is an in-office position located out of Aiken, SC 29803

The Client Services Associate (CSA) helps deliver excellent service to clients and advisors. The CSA must understand all aspects of plan design, customer service, external reporting and internal procedures in order to build client relationships and solve problems proactively. You will be responsible for preparing client reviews and providing administrative support to the advisors to ensure our clients experience outstanding service. The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires frequent communication with the financial advisor, clients, and other investment companies and custodians. The ideal candidate will be positive, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Maintains strong and effective relationships with clients, co-workers, vendors and other business contacts

+ Review, organize, process & submit completed client paperwork to custodians

+ Assist in preparing client reviews

+ Assist with day-to-day client service requests; proactively resolve clients' issues and concerns

+ Interact with clients in person and over the phone

+ Maintain current client information in all existing databases

+ Organize, scan, and maintain all new account paperwork and client requests into client files

+ Administrative duties such as handling telephones, mailing applications, and submitting account maintenance forms

+ Comply with all industry rules, regulations and firm policies

+ Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Must be willing to be in-office most working days - 5130 Woodside Executive Ct, Aiken, SC 29803

+ Ability to pass an extensive background check including credit check and fingerprinting is required.

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

+ Background in financial services, insurance, or employee benefits including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (1 year experience preferred)

+ Exceptional customer service experience

+ Comfortable speaking with people in group settings or on the phone, with a positive attitude, and professional interpersonal skills

+ Project management experience with working on several projects with different timelines simultaneously

+ Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills

+ Ability to interact with people across all levels of the business

+ Series 6 license or willingness to complete is preferred but not required

+ Microsoft Office Suite experience

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
