Leveraging your technical expertise, you will enhance and maintain RSA SecurID Prime software, integrate third-party applications, and design custom authentication flows. This role combines hands-on technical work with advisory responsibilities, guiding clients through complex security challenges.Key Responsibilities:Deployment & Configuration:
- Implement RSA SecurID solutions on-site for U.S.-based clients.
- Optimize configurations to meet specific security requirements.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of RSA SecurID Access Products, including Authentication Manager, RSA Cloud Authentication Service, and Governance and Lifecycle.
- Work with authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, RADIUS, RSA SecurID, and Kerberos.
- Integrate directory services like Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and LDAP.
Development & Integration:
- Enhance and maintain RSA SecurID Prime software using programming languages and frameworks like Java, .NET, Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript, Mockito, and JUnit.
- Integrate third-party applications (cloud services, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms) with RSA products for authentication and access control.
- Design and implement custom authentication flows, including two-factor or multi-factor authentication for non-standard or legacy applications.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure solutions comply with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards.
- Design and execute mass rollout strategies for authenticators, including piloting, phased rollouts, and contingency planning with methods like Push to Approve, Biometrics, Hardware (FIDO/WebAuthn, tokens), and software authenticators.
Cloud & IAM Solutions:
- Work with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, focusing on their Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Training & Support:
- Create training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
- Conduct training sessions to facilitate user adoption of new authenticators.
- Provide exceptional customer service in support, account management, and technical consulting roles.
- Establish relationships with client technical counterparts, participating in meetings related to development efforts.
- Collaborate with RSA colleagues to resolve technical issues during implementations.
- Prepare and submit activity and progress reports in accordance with published procedures.
- Keep project managers informed of activities, promptly alerting them to any issues.
- Complete end-of-project reports while adhering to margin, planning, and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
- Understand and accommodate travel or flexible working hours required for project implementations based on client needs.
- Establish relationships with client technical counterparts, participating in meetings related to development efforts.
- Collaborate with RSA colleagues to resolve technical issues during implementations.
- Prepare and submit activity and progress reports in accordance with published procedures.
- Keep project managers informed of activities, promptly alerting them to any issues.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in deploying and managing RSA SecurID solutions.
- Hands-on experience with databases (preferably Oracle), LDAP, Java, Linux, and application servers.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Must be based in the United States and able to comply with U.S. soil requirements.
Skills:
- Expert knowledge of RSA products and security best practices.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols and directory services.
- Experience with cloud IAM solutions from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Exceptional customer service experience in support, account management, and technical consulting roles.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
