**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for supporting all Run Stands throughout Air Cooled.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to Continuously Improve the processes.
+ Responsible for scheduling the techs to ensure tech availability among all lines.
+ Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product testing and assembly.
+ Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
+ Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
+ High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.
+ Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.
+ Willingness to learn and operate in multiple stations within the department.
+ Mandatory overtime and weekend hours are frequent and may be assigned as needed.
+ Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications
+ Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments
+ Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches
+ 1+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Solid mechanical background
+ Experience with AC, Compressors, oil separators, etc.
+ Exceptional customer service skills and great teamwork
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
