Job Description:
Position Description: Place completed and plated dishes onto trays and bring to tables as the kitchen staff completes each order. Clean tables as necessary. Performance Responsibilities and Standards:
Assist the kitchen staff with completing orders timely by plating or adding necessary sauces to dishes. Assist with making salads for food orders. Reviewing each dish before it is delivered to the customer to ensure it is accurate and presentable with all required sides, sauces, and garnishes. Delivering food orders to tables once each dish on the order is prepared and ready to go out to the customers. Managing the food tickets by announcing missing items, asking ETA for any dishes that aren't completed yet, and following up with servers/bartenders on any questions related to food tickets. Bussing dirty tables as needed throughout shift. Assisting with other positions as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or GED Ability to learn and use point-of-sale systems with basic computer skills. Attention to cleanliness and safety. Patience and customer-oriented approach Responsible and trustworthy. Flexible availability. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements: Able to work in a standing position for long periods. Able to reach and bend and frequently lift up to 30 pounds. Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Category III - Employee who rarely has contact with blood and body fluids.
